By accessing and using TubeToolkit (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Our Service allows users to extract thumbnails and convert public media into various formats for personal, non-commercial use.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to download and use the media you process through our platform. TubeToolkit respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

3. Service Availability & Subscriptions

We offer a freemium service model. Free users are restricted by rate limits. Premium users who purchase a subscription via Stripe gain access to advanced features and higher limits. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TubeToolkit makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the API or the accuracy of the downloaded content.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TubeToolkit or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
